SUMMARY:Dressage training with Anja Rietbrock at the Verden Training Center
DESCRIPTION:March 27–28\, 2026\, at the Verden Training Center Dressage training with Anja Rietbrock\nFor the second time\, the Verden Training Center is offering a course with renowned trainer Anja Rietbrock. She completed her apprenticeship with Hans-Heinrich Meyer zu Strohen. Other trainers included Fritz Ligges\, Peter Luther\, and Uwe Schulten-Baumer. This was followed by successes in competitions up to advanced level in dressage and show jumping. She was awarded the Golden Riding Badge in both disciplines. \nCavaletti work is included in the dressage training. It is an effective method of horse training and not only promotes physical fitness\, but also improves coordination and balance as well as mental concentration and motivation. \nThe course is open to everyone. Lessons (45 minutes) are given individually. \nDate: March 27-28\, 2026 \nLocation: Verden Training Center \nFee: €135 including use of facilities \nOther: Members and partners of the Hanoverian Association receive a ten percent discount \nBoxes at the facility on Lindhooper Straße can be booked at the same time. Riding times are selectable. DESCRIPTION:World Championships for Young Dressage Horses Return to Verden \nBetween 2025 and 2027\, Verden will once again host the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses. From August 4 to 10\, 2025\, the international dressage scene will gather at the traditional showgrounds on Lindhooper Straße to present and award prizes to the world’s best five- to seven-year-old young horses. \nThe return to Verden is of particular significance: the first championship of this kind was held here in 1997 and has since developed into an internationally renowned platform for promising dressage horses. Many careers\, both of horses and riders\, began right here. \nOrganization for 2025 is already in full swing\, and anticipation is high – not least because of the enthusiastic and knowledgeable spectators who make the event a sporting highlight year after year. \n👉 Note for visitors: Access to the event site is only possible via Gate D.
