There are moments in our work that constantly remind us why we do what we do. One of these special moments was finding homes for two wonderful ponies, who have now found their new homes with two families with children.
Our sweet dark palomino pony and the lovely bay pony have set off on a journey into a new chapter of their lives. Of course, every goodbye is a little emotional, because every pony is close to our hearts. But when you see how happy the new owners are, the joy clearly outweighs the sadness.
When the two ponies were picked up, the children’s sparkling eyes were simply priceless. The excitement, the anticipation, and the sheer happiness were palpable. Even during their first encounters, it was clear that something very special was taking shape—a friendship between children and ponies that will hopefully last for many years.
For children, having their own pony is often a big dream. It makes it all the more wonderful for us to see when that dream becomes a reality. The two ponies have now found families who will give them lots of love, attention, and a beautiful home. That is exactly what we wish for every horse and pony that leaves our farm.
It was especially touching when the children were able to welcome their new four-legged friends as “their pony” for the first time. Their beaming faces said more than a thousand words. It is moments like these that make our work so special.
We sincerely wish the new owners and their ponies a wonderful time together, filled with beautiful experiences, unforgettable rides, cuddles, and many happy moments. May the two ponies bring just as much joy to their new families as they have already brought to us.
